Curses, inner vows, and soul ties can cripple us. We need to revisit these memories and set them straight, in light of God’s mercy and love. Any curses we have uttered against anyone give room to the enemy of our souls, the devil to operate in our lives and theirs. Any inner vows we have made at moments of exasperation also give room to the enemy. What is worse is soul ties, which can be defined as unhealthy and destructive relationships between ourselves and others that are not based on Scripture. There is only one remedy for curses, inner vows, and soul ties. We need to break them by the blood of Jesus. |
Opening Prayer
In the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. ✠ Amen.
Eternal Father, together with your Son, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit… You are glorious and magnificent, transcending all of creation, time, and space. Through the intercession of Mary, the Mother of Jesus, and St Joseph, guardian of the Holy Family, we ask you to pour out your blessings to the hour of greatest need as we pray for the healing of memories.
The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name; Thy kingdom come Thy will be done On earth as it is in heaven.

Prayers for Inner Healing: Curses, Inner Vows and Soul Ties
“Again you have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not swear falsely, but shall perform to the Lord what you have sworn.’” Matthew 5:33
Heavenly Father, in the Name of your Son Jesus, through the power of the Holy Spirit, pour your grace over my person, history, and memories. Help me to remember any curses I may have made or were made against me, or inner vows like: “No one will ever control me”, “No one will ever treat me like that again”. I repent for curses, inner vows, and destructive soul ties. I forgive my enemies and all those who have hurt me by vows and curses. We also plead the blood of Jesus over any soul ties that need to be broken, so that we are free to enter the life of Grace.
Merciful Father, speak to my inner child and Help me recognize that I am your beloved child, in whom you are well pleased… so I can find the courage to repent for my part in inner vows, curses and destructive soul ties. Release me from these vows, curses, and soul ties, so I and related parties will be freed from its negative effect, that we may share in your Light, Life, and Love.
