Chastity is about opening our eyes so that can see. Freed from lust, we will be able to see better, with pure hearts. Chastity can overcome lust. By the grace of God, this prayer will treat lust and related vices with the virtue of chastity and its related virtues.

Overcoming Lust by Chastity
In today’s meditation, we face the capital sin of lust. Lust, pornography, and perversion cloud our vision. We have eyes but we cannot see, ears but we cannot hear, hearts but we cannot understand. This prayer is designed to help us to see everything in the best light possible, which is the Light of God’s Love. The building blocks of this prayer are Scripture, Repentance, Protection, Deliverance, and Cleansing which are designed to help us acquire a pure heart, so we can see God.
Opening Prayer
In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

Heavenly Father, in the Name of your Son Jesus Christ, and the power of the Holy Spirit, may we abide in you and you in us, in one accord… with our minds, hearts, bodies, and souls at rest, in your Peace, present to the moment… so that we may have ears to hear, eyes to see, hearts to understand.
The Lord’s Prayer

Deliverance from Lust
In the Name of Jesus, by the Blood of Jesus, by the Power of his Word, we take authority over the stronghold of lust, including pornography, fornication and adultery, homosexual perversion, transgender perversion, prostitution, and pedophilia.
Remove the stronghold of lust and strengthen us by the virtue chastity.
Where there has been lust, ✠ let there be chastity.
